Corporate Responsibility

More One, ever attentive to the issues around us, has decided to include Corporate philanthropy in its social development program.

Since 2018 it has been closely following the sporting growth of young talents in their sports career, making resources available for their development.

In 2020, the company greatly supported 118 (Italy’s emergency telephone number) associations in Lecce with the purchase of biocontainment stretchers to cope with the COVID-19 emergency.

On 20 November 2020, More One achieved SA 8000 certification, confirming its focus on social responsibility and labour rights, including towards partners, subcontractors and customers.

In subsequent years, More One has continued to consistently invest in social responsibility projects and support local realities, confirming its commitment to the growth and welfare of the community.

For the 2024/2025 season, More One is supporting the Lecce “Mario Stasi” Tennis Club’s Serie A2 team as an official sponsor, investing in passion, discipline and sportsmanship.

In October 2024, thanks to an agreement with ASD Salento Tennis in Lecce, More One financed free tennis lessons for children and young people from families with financial difficulties.

On 6 April 2025, More One sponsored the eighth edition of Bicinrosa, the solidarity ride for the prevention of breast cancer, promoted by the Breast Unit of the Policlinico Universitario Campus Bio-Medico in Rome.

The future programme will be split in two directions:

  • Internal: includes human resource management, occupational health and safety, business organisation, management of natural resources and environmental effects;
  • External: covers local communities, sports associations and aged care associations.
